Practice Priced to SELL!!

This practice has been in business since 1995.

It is well established but needs a new owner as I am ready to quit.

This practice is bargain basement priced and is located across from Super Wal-mart in Calhoun, GA.  It may not look like much but it is a money making proposition for anyone wanting to own their own practice.  Work it a couple years and either continue to lease or buy the property after you are comfortable with the income potential of this practice. 

Over the years it has grossed as high as $650,000 and is currently grossing over $370,000 with 1 vet, 3 assistants and only working 3 days a week.
